Santonio Holmes
After a successful career at Ohio State, Santonio left a year early and was drafted as the 25th overall pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2006. In Superbowl XLIII, he played a crucial role in the championship game, catching the winning touchdown and earning MVP honors. His initiative, "10 ALL IN," aims to inspire others by sharing his story of overcoming challenges through hard work. Santonio and his colleagues aspire to create social change and motivate youth and communities facing similar struggles, guiding them toward success.
Charles Woodson
After a standout college career, Charles Woodson left early and was drafted fourth overall by the Oakland Raiders in 1998. His influence extended throughout his career, including a Super Bowl win with the Green Bay Packers. Woodson's journey, highlighted in his project "11 Excellence," emphasizes overcoming challenges through dedication. In addition to this, he hosts the Super Celebrity Shootout in Las Vegas, furthering his efforts to inspire youth and communities facing adversity, unlocking their potential for success.

Founded in 2020 by Super Bowl XLIII MVP Santonio Holmes Jr. and mental health professional Jimmie Vincent MS, 10 All In is a Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth.
Our Mission and Activities
10 All In is committed to nurturing diversity and inclusion in industries where these values are often underrepresented. We provide a unique blend of activities:
- STEAM Education: Introducing and educating youth in STEM career fields, combined with an artistic perspective.
- Mental Health Advocacy: Catering to individual differences, we aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health in at-risk communities.
- Golf: Using the sport as a tool for learning and personal development.
How We Operate
Our operation hinges on collaboration with local STEM and golf industries, offering transitional opportunities for our young participants. We use our partnered SEL (Social & Emotional Learning) platform to equip youths with essential life skills, preparing them for various career fields.
